The 2018-19 Information and fees are now available on our website or by clicking here . Unfortunately, we aren't able to collect registration at this time.  We are having complications with the Active system and collection of high processing fees.  We are working on this and will let you know as soon as registration is available.  We do anticipate releasing group recommendations on Monday or Tuesday.

We are working on fall information.  No huge changes are planned, but we are trying to expand our introductory and recreational groups. This is proving difficult to work into our schedule, thus the delay.

 We will finish our regular season of practices for all Intro, Silver and Scarlet swimmers Wednesday evening, July 18. Please check the Google calendar before heading to practice.   We do still have a handful of swimmers training for meets that are scheduled for the first weekend of August,  we may occasionally invite groups in to keep them company.  Just watch the Google  calendar or team app for those notices. Gold group will have Junior group testing next week.  Schedule TBA, but very similar to current schedule.  We want everyone in to swim the 2000 for time, even if they are not considering moving groups.

We have added a long course practice for our Regional participants on Sunday, July 1 from 10:30-Noon.  The practice will be held at the Gahanna Swim Club  ( 148 Parkland Dr, Gahanna, OH 43230). This practice will replace our Scarlet & Silver practice that would normally have been offered on July 4.  It will also provide our regional swimmers with an opportunity to practice in the competition pool. We anticipate having extra room and will have a spare lane available from 10-noon for any of our team swimmers that feel like getting in an extra swim.  Please email Coach Laurie if you would like to utilize the spare lane.

We are participating in a ticket sales fundraiser for the TYR Pro Series at Ohio State July 6-8.  This meet will feature numerous NATIONAL TEAMERS plus our very own Elizabeth Intihar (on Saturday in the 400 IM & 200 FREE)!  If you are not at Regionals, we highly recommend going. Fundraiser idea:   organize a group of your summer swim teammates to go together!  Purchase tickets for the group or give them our code. Brief note that Regionals will be at the Gahanna  Swim Club.  This meet is for all 14-under swimmers that have already competed in one meet and do not have Ohio JO Time Standards.

Our last challenge week of the season starts tomorrow!  Here is the schedule: Senior, Junior, NPG no change Scarlet Gold follows the Junior schedule Saturday 7-9 am (at Columbus North) Monday 7:30-9 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4-6:30 pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30-9 am Scarlet 1 &2,  Silver 1 & 2 will have a slight change to their schedule as follows: Scarlet 1 & 2 all am practices are 8-10 Silver 1 & 2 all am practices are 8:30 -10 Scarlet 2 all pm practices are 5:45-8 Scarlet 1 all pm practices are 6:15-8 Silver 1 & 2 all pm practices are 5:45 -7:15 No change to the intro schedule

 Due to the swim meet Scarlet and Silver will have an abbreviated practice this Friday (8: 00 -9:00 am).  No change to Senior or Junior.

We will not have practice on Monday, May 28 in observance of Memorial Day. Tuesday, May 29 starts a Challenge Week. Scarlet Gold swimmers will follow the Junior schedule Tuesday through Saturday . There is no practice planned on Sunday, June 3 We start our summer schedule on Monday, June 4!

We have confirmed that we will use Minerva Park in the mornings and Columbus North in the evenings. The biggest changes from our prior draft is that no group will swim Wednesdays mornings, and Scarlet and Silver has added a Monday morning practice. We have two schedule changes on Sunday, May 20 and Thursday, May 24 On Sunday, May 20 GIRLS Practice will be 3:30-5:00 with optional dryland 5-5:30.  BOYS practice will be 5:00-6:30 with optional dryland 4:30-5.  No other groups are affected. Just a  quick reminder that only our 12-unders will swim at Akron.  Our older swimmers were closed out of the meet.  Warm-ups for this meet are at 8:10 am. Our entry into the June 8-10 Flag City Meet was accepted. Our entry into the June 15-17 Pau Hana Jill Griesse meet  was accepted.  The meet is full.

We are still working on our summer schedule.  We have been approached by a closer outdoor pool regarding renting their space for the summer and have been working with them for some time to see if it would work.  We like this pool because it opens the opportunity for use anytime between sun up and sun down.  Thus, we are patiently waiting for their decision. Unfortunately our older swimmers were closed out of the Akron meet on May 12.  Our 12 and unders will still swim the meet.  We are looking for a fun, but also quality replacement and have been in discussions with  Ohio University.  We would like to do a combined practice with Bobcat Swim Club including time trials.  We would finish with pizza or a cookout.  We are currently looking at the weekend of June 2 for that.
