How to Whitelist an Email

It is really important to us that you are receiving our emails. We generally send from one of two platforms, Active and Mailchimp. To make sure our emails aren’t going to junk, please whitelist us! Here is a great tutorial that covers just about every email platform imaginable:

Team T-shirt Orders

Parents you may order a t-shirt for yourself by reply email with your size. They are $10 for parents (we already have swimmers sizes and there is no charge for swimmers tees) So! Yours truly has finally gotten it together and figured out a t-shirt for the season. I was having extreme difficulty settling on something that captured how I felt about all the greatness going on in our program and the amazing loyalty we have from our families. Finally we have something - it is at the printer and should be to us in a week or so. They will not begin printing until next week, so parents can order shirts (kids get them as part of your fees). Just let me know what size you want, payment is due to the boosters on receipt of the shirt. This is a white 100% cotton pre-shrunk t-shirt with "Buckeye Proud" on the back and our team logo on the front left chest. Orders are due Tuesday morning.

We have a few social media platforms that we use regularly to communicate with you. Please make sure you are following us to stay up to date. Our top 3 platforms are: Slack : Slack is our newest platform and is an app that we use to get quick communication to everyone. Full slack instructions will be at the end of this post. Google Calendars - we recommend you follow our google calendars on your smartphone. We have recently split the calendars into specific group calendars to help you see only the events in your specific groups: Senior, Junior & NPG Scarlet 2 & Gold Scarlet 1 Scarlet 3 Silver Competition Silver Recreation Intro to Swim Team Meets & Events Many of the calendars above have yet to be updated

Extra T-Shirts

The Pollock Family has donated about 60 t-shirts sporting the new team logo to our Booster Club. The shirts come in a variety of colors and sizes. Each family will have their chance to pick ONE shirt on Monday or Tuesday at practice. On Wednesday, any shirts remaining will be available to anyone. A donation to the booster club for your shirt is optional. The kids are now receiving their team t-shirts that were made exclusively for kids and coaches. Kast-A-Way has not yet printed our red t-shirts, if you would like to order one I suggest you call today. These shirts are being printed on a light weight t-shirt from Sport Tek.
