Reminder City Barbeque Team Fundraiser is Tomorrow, Thursday, February 1!

The season is nearly over!

With Regional Champs only 5 weeks away, we are very close to the end of our 2017-18 season.  The best way to realize your time and effort at practice this winter is by heading to a meet to find out how much faster your are! All swimmers in all groups should be signing up for meets at this point as follows: Senior: Auburn Junior (in HS): Auburn Junior (in MS): Regional's and/or JO's Scarlet: Regional's and/or JO's SILVER (age 9-14) Regional's (all swimmers are eligible) SILVER (age 8-un): Mini Meet INTRO (age 9-10): Regional's INTRO (age 8-under): Mini Meet The following events are now available on Active: Regional's, Auburn and the Elite Showcase Mini Meet sign ups are expected within the next week. Regional meet reminder: Friday events are in the morning (during school).  While we believe school comes before swimming, there are a lot of teachers that will make special recognition of swimmers that are headed to this meet on this day.  This reco

Meet Help needed

Unified Aquatics is looking for anyone that can officiate, announce or just like to help out as a timer, bullpen organizer or help with the computer table please let me know.  Their goal is to run a very fast and efficient meet for all teams on Sunday.

Travel Meet Opportunities

Auburn Classic, Auburn University, March 2-4 The format is Prelim/Finals for 11 and overs with top 16 11-12, top 16 13-14 and top 24 seniors swimming in finals.  All 10 and under events are timed finals swum in the morning.  There are no qualifying time standards for this meet. Senior Team Travel: Senior group swimmers have the opportunity to travel with Coach Lew to this meet.  The seniors have been traveling to this meet for several years and have enjoyed many successes.  Lew will touch base with the eligible swimmers regarding this meet. Age Group Travel:  Swimmers not in high school and age 9-14 may travel to and compete at this meet in one of two ways. (1) arrange travel on own, Lew will coach the swimmers in attendance (should the meet grow enough to warrant an afternoon session for younger swimmers, Laurie will attend). (2) Travel with Coach Laurie.  In this arrangement, Coach Laurie will fly with your swimmers and transport them to the meet. She will supervise the swimmer

Last Ditch Entries

We made a slight error in the entry deadline for the GCSTO Last Ditch.  We need all entry declarations completed by tonight!  We have resent all invitations and will finalize everyone's entries on Thursday. This meet opens its entries for teams on noon this Friday.  Reminder that we are only swimming Saturday and Sunday, please do not sign up for Friday events.
