As promised at practice today - cold water swim gear for our Silver kids to help with the chilly temps at Northland. If you can find anything made of Polyolefin (especially a swim shirt) that would be a first choice. Cold water gear should be purchased to fit snug but not tight. Please follow this link if you choose to purchase from Swim Outlet (our boosters will receive a rebate through his link):

Here are three products in a decent price range:
Aqua Sphere Juniors' Stingray Core Warmer $26.95
Dakin Neo Insulator Rash Guard $38.95
Finis Thermal Training Shirt $44.95
As I told the kids today, one of my fondest memories is a steaming cup of hot chocolate after morning practice (while I loved long course training I did not tolerate the cold water well at all).
